  I changed insurance companies to stay at Walgreens because the pharmacists and the permanent staff have always been courteousness even when they are have a crowd waiting for their prescriptions or picking up. I have read some of the bad reviews and some really unfair. The health clinic might be in Walgreens but it is not the pharmacy. They have a window to speak to pharmacy staff with questions or concerns. The reason I took away one star is because of certain staff member at the pickup window who has rudely ignored me walked away without one word on several occasions. Others have said I will be with you in a moment. I know what to expect when this woman is working the window but have no problems with other staff.

  As of next month im changing over to cvs. This is the 3rd time ive had a prescription changed without them informing me that they are changing it. I dont care if it might be the "same" medication just a different brand if you're going to change my medication i want a call and explanation of why you dont have my meds and why they have been changed. You should also get staff who care enough to read each name carefully on every prescriptions before you just go hand them over to someone.
